„Austin, the owner, was incredibly hospitable. Everything went super smooth, rooms were clean and spacious and the backyard had a BBQ patio and a great variety of games all free to use! Would definitely recommend!“

„Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. „We had a blast at this site. It was well maintained and a joy having the property to ourselves. We had a wild weather week with above average heat and then cold rainy days. The area stayed dry, with the mulch in the area and the tent was a refuge! Thanks for the hospitality! “

Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. „Exceeded our expectations! The cabin is charming, cozy, comfortable and relaxing. Everything has been so well thought out and then some, as far as a guests needs. „We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!“

„This is a very good spot for you and your spouse during Cooperstown week. It's clean and it's close to everything. The view is very nice. The only negative feedback is the 9:00 checkout time but we were ready to go by then anyways.“
