„The rooms were very clean and comfortable, And the staff at check-in was gracious and friendly. I felt slightly insecure that there was no secondary lock system on the room doors. The great room was convenient but not cleaned every day. we were there for three nights and by the time we left the garbage in the great room rather smelled as it had not been emptied the whole time we were there.“

„We enjoyed our two night stay in at Mirbeau in early April. The spacious room was clean and the corner fireplace made it feel luxurious and cozy at the same time. Dining on the heated patio for both dinner and breakfast did not disappoint. Overall, the hotel and spa service and facilities were excellent. We will definitely return. “

„Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht. Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden. Zimmertüre schliesst nicht richtig, Bodenfliessen im Bad sind lose. Badewanne ist dreckig. Fliessen sind gesprungen, Klimaanlage zu laut ect.“

„We love this place. Have stayed here at least 4-5 times in the past few years. My wife loves the jet tub - so relaxing! The location - just a couple miles outside of downtown Skaneateles - is ideal for us too. The higher-numbered bungalows in the back are quieter (no road noise), but the front ones a fine too. Always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Will definitely stay here again.“

„The cottage was on a nicely manicured property with ample parking for us. The inside was a perfect size for the two of us. The place was decorated really nicely. Everything that we needed was there. They even had complimentary hot cocoa, tea and coffee for us to make with mugs that we could take home as a souvenir of our stay. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating.“
