„The hotel itself is rundown and dirty. The hall carpets were filthy. The backdoor did not lock, which is a security concern. The front elevator was out of service. The sink & tub in our room were chipped & stained & the water didn’t drain during a shower. The towel bar came off the wall & the bathroom fan was inadequate. „The room was in a terrible location. Across from pool and fitness ctr and near kitchen prep area and ice machine. It was so noisy .. the only other room offered after first night was next to the elevator! Parking was poor. Would not recommend“

„Wir hatten das Hotel als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zu den Niagarafalls für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten, sehr sauberen und neuen Eindruck. Die Zimmer empfanden wir als ausreichend groß. Eine sehr laute Klimaanlage und nur mäßig bequemen Betten, trübten den Blick ein wenig. Das complementary Breakfast war ok. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.“

„This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.“

„There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt. ...

„This apartment is simply delightful. Quiet neighborhood, close to many of Watertown’s cultural centers and sites, clean and comfy home, excellent communication with host.“
