„Room had no central heating,only a oil fired radiator Bathroom underfloor heating only in middle of day, nowhere to put any items in bathroom and poor lighting and no drinking water for kettle. Plug sockets could only do kettle or radiator and no socket for lamp by bed. Very basic room,towels too small. Breakfast very good value “

„Michael was great as a host and had terrific communication. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The only issue was the couch. It looked great but was uncomfortable. The propertv is a block away from the entertainment district. Perfect place for a weekend get away. “

„This place is not well maintained or as described. We could not get the boiler running without letting water splurt everywhere in order to refill it. One of the mattresses has a massive rip in it and doesn't look clean. There were not enough plates for nine guests to eat off and only four or five forks. The door handle to the toilet was broken, we repaired it the best we could so it is in better shape than when we left. The top oven has the inner glass missing which is not safe and the bottom ...

„Overall good. However it’s worth pointing out the caravan does need a little tlc and the site facilities are very meagre, not that these really affected our personal experience. Owner communicated well, Caravan plot location was great, pleasant neighbours as well. This stay was good for us and our 3 (little) dogs. “
