„I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks ...

„The only thing that was good was the check-in. But they “forgot” to inform us that the house keeping didn‘t exist or function. In four days none serviced our room, the hallways where dirty, floors, bathroom everything. When we needed something like toilet paper or clean towels we need to get it ourself…. A hick up is OK, but not for 4 days!“

„Friendly staff. Room was clean Free Continental breakfast to start day was good. Convenient to the Notre Dame campus. Lights behind bed didn't work. Could use a bit of a refreshing. When fixes are done, a customer can tell that they were done quickly and most likely by a staff who may not know what a customer probably notices.“
