I strongly recommend this. We did the horse and ATV tour and it's a must do. Fly into Wellington and rent a car to see the beautiful scenery on the 2 hr drive. I would love to return.“

Lake Ferry is a stunning little town, gorgeous sunset and great fish and chips at the Lake Ferry Hotel. Right on the doorstep of Cape Palliser and even more stunning scenery. Would highly recommend this region and this bach to stay in. Definitely visit the Land Girl café just 10 mins up the road for an excellent coffee. “
