„Hotel was very clean and staff was great. The only negative was that all the carpet throughout was old and worn. It was obvious that they can only be cleaned for so many years before they just give a ‘dirty’ feel to the whole place. This is an ownership issue, not a maintenance staff issue.“

„Non staffed after 5 pm. Bed was comfortable but very squeaky every time you got in and out so woke up each other during the night. Updated wall air conditioning but was placed right over the bed and froze all night even with a comforter. Breakfast was self serve continental style although there was plenty to eat.“

„Beim Erreichen machte das Motel den Eindruck, dass es außer Betrieb sei, ABER als wir das Zimmer hatten, machte alles einen sehr guten Eindruck, sehr sauber und ordentlich, sehr freundliches Personal. Fußläufig nach Mexiko (keine 30 Minuten). Im gesamten Haus waren nur 2 Zimmer belegt (zwei Autos auf dem Hof), schade eigentlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!“

„It was extremely welcoming to our pet. He had a great time. The only thing we would have asked for is more locations to deposit pet waste. Otherwise, it was literally perfect. Also, dog merch would be great! The bones were adorable, but from a merchants perspective, you have a full avenue for financial gain with dog affiliated merchandise. Awesome time guys! We will definitely return! What a treat! “

The granola was a special treat as was the coffee. If you are looking to photograph the Lawrence’s Golfinch you will find plenty right on the grounds along with other birds. We will for sure stay here again on our next visit south. “

The various gardens around the home offer several options for enjoying the natural beauty of their surroundings, including hummingbirds; many varieties of other birds; and gorgeous flowers. You would have to work hard to NOT enjoy this oasis.“
