„Das Hotel ist noch recht neu, daher sind die Anlage und die Zimmer sehr schön. Jedoch hätten wir bei dem Preis erwartet, dass auch die Details funktionieren, was leider nicht immer der Fall war. Bspw war trotz des Check-ins um 15 Uhr unser Zimmer nicht fertig, der Zimmerservice ist am nächsten Tag einfach nicht gekommen, das Badezimmer ist suboptimal konstruiert, was die Lage von Toilette und Waschtisch sowie den Wasserhahn angeht.
