„When the ac froze up and I called the desk he said he would be right there. Within 5 minutes his wife and him were right there to look at it. Told me that they would be right back with a replacement. 10 minutes later they had it replaced with a brand new ac unit that worked great. They had great communication with each step in fixing the issue. Very polite.“

„Zum übernachten geht's, das Bett war komfortabel, das Zimmer gross. Negativ: das gesamte Hotel ist schon abgenutzt und bedarf einer Renovierung. Das Fauteul ist Durchgesessen, man fällt in ein Loch. Das Badezimmer klein, Schwarze, rissige Silikonfugen, an der Tür löst sich die Funier. Zwei Kopfkissen waren zwar gewaschen hatten aber noch Flecken. Frühstück ist inklusive, existiert aber defakto nicht. Es gibt warmgestellten filterkaffee, o Saft, kleine cupcakes oder Müsliriegel, Äpfel.“

„Alles war prima, allerdings war am letzten Tag die Kaffeemaschine ausgefallen und es gab keinen Ersatz. Aber davor war das Frühstück immer perfekt!“

„What a quaint little place in sweet springs missouri ... it reminded me of the places we would stay when i was a kid...great memories. Awesome room, clean well decorated and a good AC i see why this 2 star motel has a almost 5 star review..breakfast isnt much but it has a great little area to hang out have a bowl of cereal and some fruit and drink coffee“

„My 4yr old daughter ending up forgetting her stuffed animals there and they went above and beyond for us by saving them up and then mailing them back to me. These guys are the best and deserve a raise for the amazing customer service they provide!!!!“

„Check-in was difficult because Vrbo was difficult to navigate and provided me with no door code. However, the owner was available, friendly and provided information that I needed. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed to make my stay all I expected and more.“

„This place and town were HEAVEN. I was doing a solo trip just to escape for a little bit, plus to see a show at the Lyceum and I wasn't disappointed. The house was cozy, the bed comfortable and I had everything I needed. The overall vibe of the town was absolute quiet. It was bliss. Don't miss going to Catalpa (on Main street) - I stopped in after the theatre crowd was leaving and had an absolutely elevated dining experience. Liz (owner and chef) is amazing. As was the rest of the staff. ...
