„The room was pleasant, but the glass door between the bedroom and the toilet and shower area was odd and rather off putting. The bed was comfortable, and we got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was adequate, but the cereal, and other cold buffet items were uninspiring. All in all, a bit dull, particularly since a refurbishment was done in 2019. Ok for a night or two though.“

„Stayed in the newly refurbished Louis room - it was fab. I would rate this excellent but Mon-Fri breakfast has now been downgraded to a continental one and it was OK but not the best. Very carb / sugar based ('normal' sliced bread, cereals, fruit). Tea was weak as was the coffee. i would recommend you add in yoghurt, meat, cheese to ensure some can have a protein based start to the day. There is an attractive dining area but we were in the bar... few tweaks could make a lot of difference “
