The reason I have 4 out of 5 is because the dining service needs to improve. There was not a proper menu to order dinner from the vip lounge upstairs at night. „Courteous front desk. Clean room. Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery.
