„We were given a room on the fourth floor. The elevator only went up to the third floor and we had to carry our heavy luggage up a lot of stairs to get to our room on the forth floor. Our bed was smaller than what was on our reservation confirmation. when we got back from our function it was past 11 o’clock at night and there was nobody at the reception. Truthfully, it’s the first time I spent so much money on such a very mediocre hotel. I can’t say I’ll be coming back anytime soon.“

It would be good to possibly delineate parking spaces so that other people arriving didn't park covering multiple spots. Hot water remaining was a challenge on the first morning and a bathroom fan was loose in the ceiling so I let the host know and they responded and remedied it. „The property was clean, and well maintained. Host was responsive and answered messages promptly. I feel as if it should have been clear in the listing that while it is a cottage on a lake, there is no dock access from the property. Knowing this, I would not have booked this property.“

„What a wonderful stay out this cabin style cottage. The location was perfect for outdoorsy activities and not too far from Ottawa and Gatineau! The space was perfect for a family of 5. The space was well AC during the hot days and the layout was great for playing board games (available at the site) or reading a book! As well, the wildlife was amazing! We saw turkeys, rabbits, foxes and deer. It was a beautiful getaway!“
