„Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war schmutzig, sowie der Fußboden im Bad, wir hatten einen halben Tag keinen Strom und kein fließendes Wasser, wir waren im 5. Stock und der Aufzug ging 2 Tage nicht (dann sind wir abgereist). Der Pool konnte nicht benutzt werden, weil kein Wasser drin war (für eine erwachsenen R Taufe wurde er zur Hälfte befüllt, aber nicht für die Hotelgäste). Die Tischdecke im Restaurant wurde 1x in der Woche gewechselt obwohl Flecken drauf waren, der Tisch wurde neu eingedeckt, ...

„Great new hotel, very clean and with an exceptionally friendly staff: whenever I had a request, I was helped out in the most accomodating way possible, and not treated as just another "number". The bathroom has a nice rain-shower which helps to relax after a long work-day. Also, the hotel's spa and roof-top bar is a real plus, especially when staying a bit longer (I was there for ca. 2 weeks) and the location is conveniently set against Yeka Hills, which is a nice neighbourhood for walks.
