„Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Stets bemüht um den Aufenthalt dort perfekt zu machen. Die Lage ist Top an einem kleine See/Teich gelegen. Das Frühstück war bombastisch gut (einheimisches Frühstück) wie auch das Abendessen. Wir waren hier lediglich 3 Tage haben es aber sehr genossen. Das Einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Tatsache, dass kein Moskitonetz vorhanden war. Da das Haus direkt am See liegt hat man viele kleine Krabbeltierchen. Und diese kamen durch jede ...

„The Hotel Supreme in Dambulla is definitely recommended. We stayed 4 nights in the superior room and had no problem at all. The hosts and the staff are courteous and very helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and after a long trip you can easily enjoy your beer at the fika bar.“

„You are surrounded by nature, birds, animals, everywhere you look. The staff is very friendly, funny, and the service is excellent. The property is lush and gorgeous. Its a magical place! „Quand on a réservé, cet hôtel semblait loin du centre ville (5,9 km d'après le descriptif) . On a donc pris un tuk tuk pour suivre la localisation GPS et se retrouver à 6 km pour rien. On a tenté de joindre le numéro de téléphone en vain. Après 1h15 de promenade en tuk tuk on a fini par découvrir que cette guest house est en fait à 800 du centre vile sur un petit chemin à droite. „Wir haben in diesem Hotel nach über 60 - Minuten Wartezeit das Zimmer Nr. 105 verspätet zugewiesen bekommen. Es liegt hinter dem Eingangshof und unterliegt dem Strassenlärm. Es hatte Schimmel an den Wänden, die Dusche war undicht, der Wasserkocher und der Fernseher funktionierten nicht. Geruch des Zimmers sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. „It's the grounds that made me fall in love with this place. Intimate & beautiful but big enough that you can stretch out your legs by strolling through well cared for gardens. Lots of flowers. „First room allocated was pretty horrid, smelly and broken tap. Bitten to hell by mosquitos and tics in the bed. Moved rooms next day and the room was fine, just why we weren't allocated this on the first night as the hotel was empty. Our driver was allowed to stay there as well, something sadly not allowed in a number of hotels down south. “

„Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.“
