„No toilet papers, no towels, no garbage bins, absolutely no one to help to check-in. Nightmare to open the key box. We suffered badly in -7C weather for 2 hours to open the key box. During our stay, we contacted customer service for help locating the water meter, as we were unable to find it. This was never properly resolved, which made it impossible to provide accurate readings. After check-out, we were informed that the final invoice would be shared and that any remaining deposit would be ...

„This house was cozy and convenient. However, it is not a place for international travelers who cannot carry all their linens with them. I understand that all places do not have the same amenities, but this was not communicated until after the house was booked and I had already started traveling. Not having sheets and towels was a huge inconvenience. “
