„The hotel staff and receptionists were very kind and helpful. The room and hotel areas are very nice and comfortable. I was surprised by the good quality of this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. After my turbulent trip arriving earlier morning in Sucre I was really thankful for the kindness and support to be able check-in in the morning and to get rest immediately. I can’t say more than my compliment to the hotel and the staff! “

„We arrived earlier than check in time at 12. We started of with asking if it was possible to check in earlier or if we could leave our bags and come back later. The guy in the desk showed us to the room and we paid for one night at the same time. „courtyard of hotel very nice; friendly staff. room was not in greatest shape. old furniture, terrible sulphur smell from the bathroom at all times--the water supply? the drains? did not experience this elsewhere in bolivia. convenient location. they tried hard for breakfast, but basic and was not adventuresome enough to have some of it. some of the other places I stayed in bolivia were better value, but it was okay here. “

„The hotel and bedrooms are very charming and very well decorated despite smaller than pictures shows and without windows for some of them( only velux). Very nice terrace. Service is a shame and we cumulated the issues during these 2 days. Jacuzzi booked in advanced but not ready on time (40mns late) and water was boiling we lost 20mns more to add fresh water... Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 20h30( supposed to close at midnight...) we complaint and they finally accepted to serve us but ...
