Da die Anlage ein früher ein altes Kloster war, sind die Zimmer ziemlich ringhörig jedoch sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber 👍. Frühstück ist top! Würden es sofort wieder buchen. Gute Ausgangslage für verschiedene Ausflüge im Valley Sagrado.“

Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber, Restaurant und Frühstück angesichts des Preisniveaus mittelmäßig. Der Servive und das Verhalten des Personals, insbesonders der Rezeption und des Zimmetserbices absolut inakzeptabel und unverschämt. Brauchbare Informationen oder gar Hilfestellung für den Besuch von Machu Picchu kann man sich abschmicken.. Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert! “

„Sound travels easily in the house so it can be noisy at times. Otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay. A short and very scenic walk to the plaza which has tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and spas. The owner Jorge and his staff took excellent care of us. “

„The location of this property was gorgeous, truly being a luxury aparthotel. It was stunning being surrounded by the Andes mountains. With that said, this location is great if you have a car, otherwise an Uber into Urubamba is not possible. They can call you a taxi, but ensure that you have Soles on hand! We were looking forward to dinner at the restaurant but were told the chef got into an accident. They ordered us a pizza instead of having to go into town. “

However, you're in a hotel in a village on the side of the mountains so a few ants shouldn't bother you. The breakfast (included) was tasty and fruits/veggies were fresh and tasty.
