„Pros: One of the most comfortable beds/beddings I’ve ever slept on. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, slippers and robes in room is a plus, but expected at this price point. Delicious on-site restaurant with great waitstaff. Cons: Staff could be significantly warmer and friendlier in the lobby bar. The pool was quite dirty and understaffed, not enough towels, and trash isn’t diligently picked up because it is so understaffed.
