„Room looks fine and is made clean, but also found 2 roaches. Coffeemaker was too dirty to use. Problem is that the type of coffeemaker can`t be cleaned properly as it is open at the top. There is coffee at the lobby, but that is almost cold as it stands there all day. Didn`t mention it to the staff, as they were not interested in visitors at all. Had the feeling I was bothering them instead of welcomed friendly. No hello, no how are you doing, no can I assist you. No room service/cleaning the ...

„The staff was very accommodating. The bathroom not so much. There were long coarse black hairs all over the floor and hairs also on the walls in the shower area. The bed linens were fresh and clean and the floor also. There were a couple old soap wrappers under the desk.“
