„We booked a non-smoking room, but the entire room reeks of marijuana, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Outside, people are screaming, playing loud music, and causing constant disturbance. The atmosphere feels unsafe and unsettling, especially for families or anyone seeking a quiet stay. Management seems uninterested in addressing these issues, which makes the overall experience extremely disappointing. Definitely not recommended.“

„I booked a non smoking room with a pet. $15 pet fee. When I got to the hotel they said they only had smoking rooms. I had no choice but to take it. Then they told me pet fee is $25. So I paid it. On check out I expressed my dissatisfaction and the manager said Pet rooms are smoking rooms because of allergies. Expedia app does not work well with this information communicating to the property. „The room was very clean and the whole property was clean. The breakfast was decent and AC was very cool. The stay was good. The staff was very friendly and very polite.“

„This hotel had the biggest pet fee than any other on our trip. I am ok with a deposit for a pet but I should not have to pay more.
