„The only word I can think of to describe this property and its owner is "skanky". It had an overpowering odor of tobacco mixed with incredibly strong cleaning (maybe bleach) solution that was being used to try and mask the smoke odor. The owner was a strange old guy, who, when asked about a range of issues was utterly unhelpful. I, along with two other groups of incoming guests waited outside in below zero weather. „My wife and I were travelling in and out of Iqaluit and during each leg of the journey we stayed at Capital Suites. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. When fully booked they helped find other accommodation. Room was overly hot one night and sleep was poor. No nearby restaurant. But rooms are comfortable and roomy“
