„The hotel took over an hour to find my reservation- making me wait in the lobby at midnight. I showed all confirmation emails from the hotel itself ,but they still wouldn't let me check-in until they see on their end as well. They had an outdated check-in system and the customer service line was a mess. Beyond that, the rooms were dusty and had proof of bugs nesting in some areas. The staff are not professional at all as they seemed to be local teenagers who were hired cheaply to handle duties ...

„Upon arrival I was told that rooms couldn't be assigned to non Indian citizens although I paid in advance. I was sent away to "other hotels" in Adarsh Nagar. I still haven't received a reimbursement for my payment. A terrible way to treat potential customers! Shame on you! “
