„We needed somewhere to stay in Joplin and this hotel had some of the best reviews out of all of the options in that area. We were very please with the staff, the pool was nice and open pretty late and that was important to us. On top of that they are connected to a restaurant that made it super convenient to grab dinner at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again! “

„Wir hatten Probleme beim Check-in, laut Buchung kann man ab 15:00 einchecken als wir um 16:15 ankamen war keiner da. Wir haben dann den Anbieter kontaktiert, konnten ihn aber erst nicht erreichen, nach einer halben Stunde hat er zurückgerufen und uns gegen ein Foto vom Ausweis einen Türcode geschickt, ab dann war alles super. Im Badezimmer könnte noch etwas grundlicher geputzt werden und an sich war das Zimmer schon Seeeehr klein aber für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Gerne wieder “

„It was what you would expect of a budget hotel property. Nothing special, although the room was remodeled in the not-too-distant past. Front desk staff and check-in and out seemed a little off-putting, not the friendly, helpful sort that I was used to. The biggest downside was their guest policy.
