I followed a previous travelers advice and brought my own bath mat as the water from the shower goes everywhere and no one likes cold feet! Unfortunately there was no salt available as stated, so it’s lucky we had brought our own otherwise it would be annoying to drive back to town. „Maccy's cottage is a quaint little cottage, beautifully hand crafted and built, in the gorgeous Adelaide Hills. It is a completely unique property with open fire-place and kangaroos visiting us at the back door. Full of rustic charm, but with all the modern conveniences, and luxurious furnishings to make it comfortable and cosy. The owner was wonderful, and made sure we had a lovely stay. We were even provided Gluten Free bread to accommodate my husband. We can highly recommend Maccy's Cottage.“

„Not being a dog owner all floors and furniture need a good vacuum and every room need a good dusting snd removal of cobwebs. Bar stools were soiled and need a good clean. Dining table and counter tops we had had to clean. In addition we had a 8 month old baby with us and were relunctant to let her crawl. The front verandah and windows could have had a good clean. So not sure why we are charged cleaning fees??“
