„The Hotel was ok. When we arrived I gave the license plate of the car at the reception but we still got a trafic violation ticket for parking at the parking lot of the hotel. That was pricy and annoying, because we had a rentel car and where charged extra by the rental car company. When I asked Reglan Lodge to help sort this out, I didn't even get a reply. Das Hotel liegt zentral an der Hauptstraße - wobei man von dem Straßenlärm bei geschlossenem Fenster (das ist nach dem Lüften von der Zimmerluft her kein Problem) fast nichts hört. Die Zimmer werden täglich zu unserer Zufriedenheit gereinigt und täglich liegen frische Handtücher bereit. Dass die Einrichtung minimalistisch ist wußten wir vorher, und entsprechend der Hotelklasse ...

„Lovely clean modern room. Lots of clean fresh towels. Nice thick carpets and so no disturbance from below room. Large shower area with good water pressure. Sadly it had no shelf to put shampoo and shower gel whilst in there. Lovely white cotton bedding. The only minus with the room was that it was very warm, i know its i Wales and not noted for warm weather. A fan in the room would be a good addition just in case any more warm days bless Newport.
