„The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had suited us, and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had the level of noise from other guests. If there was soundproofing between floors and rooms it would be better. I resorted to ear plugs.“

„Room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was nice. Everything that you expect from a standard 4 star Novotel which was great.“

„Clean room, friendly staff, complementary breakfast, close to city center and restaurants. EV chargers“

„Sehr gute Lage! Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Hotel. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer war mehr oder weniger sauber. Die Fensterrahmen müssten dringend abgestaubt werden. Die Dusche: eher schmuddelig! Fugen gelb/schwarz (Schimmel?). Der Boden fleckig. Das WC: gröber venachlässigt. Schwarzer Schimmel! Siehe Foto!“

„This is a real bucket list experience. We chose the 1 night stay which included full board and a guided tour of the Zoo. We also did the additional Meerkat Experience at extra cost on our arrival day. We had a Lemur room and we could also see the lion enclosure from our room. The Zoo was amazing as was the food and drinks served - all top notch!“

„Tolles Hotel. Super Service.

„Top“

„Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch, abwechslungsreich… Jeder Wunsch wurde ausgeführt!“
