„From booking to leaving we had a wonderful time. The cottage was so lovely. More than you could expect. When we arrived Jamie was on site tending the cottage next door, he chatted with us and gave us some help as to where to shop , eat and petrol etc. It was like being home from home. Everything we needed ( oh just for your reference the shower head in the family bathroom is a a bit dodgy. It doesn't get the spray quite right!) Heating and hot water great. Very cosy in the evenings when the wind ...

„This property was perfectly lovely. Clean, everything provided and very comfy. Needs outside lights as coming back in the dark with wet leaves everywhere was a tad slippery. The smell of diesel in the downstairs bathroom from the heater needs addressing.“

„Easy access to whole island, well stocked village shop, pharmacy and great butchers too. Only down side is you are locked in or out if racing is on as property is on the race track.“

„We had a lovely stay. It’s a lovely set up and we thought it was perfect. No noise except the sheep in the field so very peaceful. Everything you could want is provided. Warm and comfortable. “

„The cottage was much better than we had expected. It was more than fully equipped. "Unfortunately", we had a fantastic TT-practice- and race-week, so that we used the cottage only in the evenings / for sleeping. Thanks to the owners for everything we found!“

"We had a wonderful stay in the Halvard hotel. The staff were welcoming, and accommodating for our requests. Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the sea and the promenade. The breakfast was excellent, with good options for hot breakfast that's freshly prepared and a small buffet. The location of the hotel is great, being less than 10 min walk from the ferry passenger terminal, on the sea front and downtown area, and in walking distance to the bus station. We loved our stay here, it was the highlight of our trip! Thanks to the Halvard hotel team :)"
