„The home was just as advertised, beautiful and clean! It’s a slightly older home that has been renovated but still a great stay for the price. Not a lot to do in Metropolis but we were in Paducah the majority of our time here. Very easy drive. There is construction on the bridge from Illinois to Kentucky so keep that in mind if traveling at heavy traffic times.“

I really enjoyed sitting on the porch, just inches away from the lake, and listening to tons of birds in the morning. I even saw a bald eagle! I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time. „My daughter and I enjoyed this so much! Very clean, peaceful and relaxing! The hosts covered everything we would need. The only feedback I had was wishing checkout was a little later at 12pm instead of 10am. We were sad to go and bummed we couldn’t enjoy the lake a bit more before heading out.
