"Das Badezimmer war ohne Duschabtrennung schwierig und nass. Das Frühstück funktionierte anfangs gar nicht , sowohl von den angegebenen Uhrzeiten als auch dem Angebot , wurde dann nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption aber besser. Das Personal grundlegend ohne Lächeln und eher unfreundlich. Ausblick schön , toller Balkon und gute Lage , sehr zentral "

"Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist äußerst gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die nahegelegene Strandgastronomie sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!"

"This brand new hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great rooms, phantastic bed, beautiful and large bathroom. Everything is absolutely clean and lovely. A pity that the roof terrace is still under construction, such a beautiful place. Parking spaces at the back of the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is just a few minutes walk to the main attractions of Berat. Breakfast in the hotel next door was good. I have only one complaint - I am aware that especially in Berat unfortunately it seems to be tradition: Throughout the city, it seems to be a common practice to keep birds in tiny cages everywhere. This is terrible and animal cruelty. I hope this tradition ends soon. Unfortunately, in the breakfast room, I also had to watch two poor birds that were not allowed to enjoy any freedom of movement or daylight. A big request to the hotel management: please change this tradition, at least within your sphere of influence. Thank you!"
