„The quality of the breakfast wasn’t the best, especially, with the coffee, tamal lojano. The hot food was lukewarm. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy. The hotel was well located, nice and had good amenities. The back part was noisy with the events during the weekend.“

„The hotel has a lovely pool, hot tub, as well as a sauna and eucalyptus steam room that is perfect after long hike into the scenic mountains that surround Vilcabamba. The staff is super gracious and accommodating and the breakfast included with the room is delicious and abundant.“

„Fui a Loja por tres días de vacaciones. El departamento está en si muy bien y bien ubicado. Respecto a la parte organizativa-administrativa hay mucho potencial para mejorar. Esto nos causó algunos inconvenientes inesperados. Recomiendo tomar contacto con la dueña y asegurarse de una respuesta antes de la llegada. “
