„What a lovely place to stay! Annie, our host (and her sweet dog Mabel) were really fun to visit with. The accommodations were spotless and spacious and the setting in the countryside was beautiful. This was the perfect spot from which to launch our adventures on the northern coast of Northern Ireland.“

There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water. The whole room was grubby. The WiFi and tv did not work. Several people tried and failed to get it working. The outside area was run down with broken equipment ...

The house is gorgeous, modern and tasteful decor, very spacious, warm and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bed and sofa were perfect for our lazy weekend. Wood burner and underfloor heating were especially appricaited on a snow weekend. The grounds are stunning and close to lots of amenities and nature spots. „We had a lovely stay in Cissy’s Cottage and it was as described. We appreciated the effort gone in to keeping the cottage as close to its original state but with modern conveniences. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was clean. We didn’t do much cooking in the cottage as there are so many eateries within around 10 minutes drive. We enjoyed the log burner especially and there were so many places to discover close by. We’ll have to return for some more adventures.“
