„Restaurant: Day1: very good service from the waiters. They all where looking proactivly if we wanted some additional drinks ore remove the plates. Day2: complete opositte. We had to call the waiter to remove the plates as they did not do anything for 30min. They took orders from the table next to us and left us sitting with empty plates in front of us with emty glasses. So service level depents on the team. Some are great "5Star" and some had some room for improvement.“

Restaurant service at breakfast is struggling when it comes to peak times and could be more friendly. Dinner buffet/menu for 25 GBP p.P. is too expensive as quality and variety of food is below average as well as service level - having a coupon to get a "free drink" with self service reminds me of a canteen - not a Hilton.“

„Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas abseits von der Stadt, jedoch ist der Bahnhof direkt über die Straße, über den man innerhalb von 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt fahren kann. Das Hotel selbst bietet ein rießiges, Super Frühstück, nette Athmophäre und ein Super Personal. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön und Sauber.“

„Very clean and lovely large room. Nice views overlooking the canal. Pretty quiet considering the proximity of the main road. Entering the Shower was a faff as the door didn't open wide enough and kept falling off it's rails. Food service and quality left a little to be desired. Not cooked very well and want asked if everything was OK with our meal and Not offered a dessert menu when sent main course back...?? Would recommend staying but will eat elsewhere if we stay again..? “
