„Easy acces to and from the Blue Ridge Parkway. I like walking so I didn't mind the 50 minutes walk to downtown Asheville (I avoided the tunnel). In fact it was a beautiful day and the walk hat some fantastic views of Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Papas and Beer was a good recommendation for dinner close to the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the use of disposable plates, cutlery etc at breakfast.“

„Definitely consider a stay at the Flat Iron when in Asheville. The historic charm comes through the modern updates with thoughtful design. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a surprise beverage upon check-in. The bed is very comfortable and the shower water pressure is strong (bonus!). Location is walkable to several dining and beverage options, yet the blackout shades provided an environment for a restful sleep. Several thoughtful touches make this a memorable hotel.
