„The property was very nice and the room was clean. The staff was courteous and the owner was very helpful. The room had no air conditioning and the power went off for about 4 hours in the middle of the night. It was very hot and difficult to sleep. Also the water pressure was barely a trickle making showering almost impossible. “

„Exceptionally beautiful setting with beaches left and right of the peninsula. We enjoyed our 7 days stay and were impressed by the positive attitude and kindness of the personal. Joseph is a fantastic manager. Room for improvement: the food buffet. More variations would lift the stars“

„We were very excited to stay at this hotel after seeing the photos, but unfortunately it turned out to be a major disappointment. First of all, there was no proper hot water in our room. Even though we reported the issue to the reception several times, it was not addressed promptly. We were eventually told that, in order to get hot water in the shower, we first had to run the hot water in the bathtub and wait. In addition, dirty water came out when we turned on the taps. There seemed to be ...

Top Haus in Sansibar“

„If you want to enjoy beaches on the East coast of Zanzibar, which are clean and not overcrowded, Breezes in Dongwe is a good place to go. For a half board and not an all inclusive hotel, Breezes is relatively expensive in comparison, because the room rates are high and you will pay every lunch and every drink extra. The food and the drinks are good but not as good as the room rate and the prices (to be paid in US Dollars) would suggest and it might not be the cook’s or the barman or barmaid’s ...

„Very beautiful location on the seaside. Personnel very nice, kind and friendly, always available to support every need. Resturant even excellent. Warmly suggested if you want to be on holiday but feeling as you were at home.“

„Very quiet and wonderful resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room service was excellent. Unfortunately, a lot of renovations and construction was taking place during our stay. The monkeys are sometimes very amusing, but their poop is sometimes annoying.“
