„At our arrival, we were informed that housekeeping does not clean the room daily. If housekeeping was supposed to be included in the overall stay, a fee for not providing service should have also been taken off the stay. Our room was switched 3 times- the sliding door/mirror kept going off the track above the door, the WiFi for the streaming channels were inoperable, the shower faucet/interior hose was exposed. There was also a loud, high-pitched mezzo soprano sound piercing out of the showering ...

„What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.“

„Lots of interesting decor, trinkets and games. We enjoyed paddling on the river and really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, including dishwasher. Not too unusual for a property in the woods, we experienced mice and insect pests inside the cabin throughout our stay. During the extremely hot weekend, not all of the air conditioning units functioned properly.“

„Our stay at Fern and Forest was fantastic! We stayed in the three-bedroom unit, which definitely offered a boutique charm. Everything you could possibly need is provided during your stay. Fern and Forest is conveniently right off of Route 17 but sits in a very quiet, relaxing spot. The host could not be more available or attentive to anything you need. This will definitely be the spot where we stay when we return to the area!“

„We had a wonderful stay at Ashley's property! The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The game room was fantastic, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.Our only suggestion is to improve the cooling on the top floor during peak summer, as that bedroom tended to get quite hot.Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!“

„We had a wonderful stay! Corey was attentive and responsive, and the home was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the spacious yard, incredible views, large gathering area, and beautiful windows.The only minor issue was that the upstairs A/C unit struggled to keep a few bedrooms cool, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely recommend this home to others“
