„I booked 3 rooms under my name to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. I was told that we could not all be on the same floor even though I booked these rooms under one name months ago. Very poor oversight with their management in my opinion. Why would someone book 3 rooms and not want those rooms by each other? Indoor pool was very dirty. „The Holiday Inn Express in Acme (Traverse City), Michigan, is a great place to stay when you plan to sightsee around the city.
