When we arrived the water was visibly dirty, coming out of the faucet brown. The only filter on the water system was rated to remove silt, not any pathogens or contaminants. „Beautiful spot, the view of the river is not overstated! The whole area is breathtaking--I love the northern PA mountains and the snow that comes with it in winter. If you have a large group, make sure you plan a lot of outdoor time, since the cabin itself doesn't have a lot of indoor "hanging out" area. Clint was very accommodating, communicative and nice to work with. He's also local, which is great. Even though the cabin is "off-grid" you really won't think about it much as far as ...

The two properties worked great for our trip and were close enough for us to feel all together while still spread out enough to have privacy for the boys cabin and girls cabin.
