„Clean room but not ready when we got there. Waterpark not the cleanliness and the hot tub was like a Luke warm bath“

We were disappointed that we rented a room there specifically to use the hot tub after a stressful work week & couldn't even use it, as there was a birthday party full of kids in there most of the night. Other than not being able to use the hot tub, the room was clean, bed was comfortable & staff was friendly. Would still stay again“

„wie viele / andere Best Western ist das Hotel nicht besser oder schechter. Aber hier ist das Orange Goose Restaurant erwähnenswert. Das wird auch als Frühstücksraum genutzt und ist deutlich gemütlicher als die in anderen BWs.“

First time staying in a VRBO property, and found that side of the equation to be cumbersome. Made the reservation, and then was forced to set up VRBO account to see the street address. Not sure I saw all of the communications leading up to our stay. “

„Didn't see the hosts of course but they seemed welcoming. The smoke detectors were missing and the bedding smelled bad. We are guessing that the previous guests (or several sets previous guests prior!) didn't put the sheets in the pile to wash, only made their beds back up! But the rest of the place was in great shape.“
