„Sehr sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten und sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter*innen“

„We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emion Sapporo. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel itself has a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of choices and everything we tried was delicious. What impressed us the most, above all, was the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff. Our luggage arrived late, and the staff kindly accepted it on our behalf and kept us updated by phone throughout the process. ...

Etage hervorragend “

„The whole hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet could offer more western style menus. During my stay i saw and felt the spirit of "Omotenashi".“

„Very well located hotel, just around 5 minutes away from Sapporo station. There is a swimming pool and a sauna there, which is great. It is however to be mentioned, that the swimming pool option is at extra charge, even for guests. The staff was in general absolutely great and very welcoming, despite of the check in - at the check in one might feel, that the hotel was a little bit reserved in welcoming foreigners - upon my request, i was being told there are no day trip options from the hotel at ...

„Super Lage. Frühstück ohne Käse, Wurst Eier; auf Nachfrage gab es Marmelade. Keine Croissants.

„Perfect Location near Sapporo Station and therefore a good connection into the surounding areas“

„Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a nice location with the following attractions in reach: Nijo Fishmarket 3 min walk. Odori Park 5 min walk. Susukino district 10-15 min walk. Hotel rooms are Tokyu Stay standard. Beds are comfortable and no problem for people with back issues like me.“

„Great location, just some few steps from Sapporo station if you travel with big luggage. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms.“

„Very good breakfast. Only bad thing is that restaurant is closed for dinners.“
