„Two good things about this property the staff and the fact that it is on Lake Huron. The whole place needs to be upgraded, especially for the price that they charge. They are understaffed and it shows in the cleanliness of the rooms. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the floor was filthy. The bed sheets were clean and there was no sign of unwanted insects. Not worth the price.“

„The owner was very nice and helpful and the cost was reasonable. The property, however, was significantly unkempt and the rooms were basically maintained but dusty. The beach was lovely, despite the many broken chairs around the property. Be sure to bring your own beach items. Very quiet and laid back most of the time. I probably won't return until it has been updated. The location is absolutely perfect.“

While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. „It's a motor hotel, so you know it's not fancy when you book it. What made it great was that it clean, the staff made a very late check in (1AM) very easy, and it was much more reasonable price than other hotels in the area. It's a no frills but very clean and well run place. Would definitely book again when I'm in the area. Friendly staff too.“

„My husband and I spent the weekend here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and such a refreshing escape from the city. We enjoyed watching the birds, but the highlight for me was seeing the baby deer roaming around. It was magical. At night, the stars were breathtaking, and the quiet made it even more special.
