„Very nice location in the city. Near the police station. Limited parking but we didn't have any issues. Nice location to walk in the city. Restaurant had great food. Even though the hotel is in the middle of town we didn't notice any issues with noise. “

„Hotel Balcony is in nice hotel that is located in a really beautiful neighborhood, in the center of Kutaisi. It is near all the best attractions! The owner, Nona is very kind and accommodating! It is such a great value for the amazing stay you get! Free breakfast, great balcony views, comfortable beds, fancy building! Very happy overall and I have high standards!“

„Room smelled cheap plastic. No hot water in the tap. But shower was OK. Staff was OK, but not very welcomish. OK to stay 1 night.“

„Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.“
