„Einfach perfekt. Ich habe insgrsamt bereits 3 Monate in Sri Lanka verbracht (mehrere Aufenthalte) und das Marriott in Weligama ist herausragend! Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstücksbuffet gefallen :-D Der Strand ist in Mirissa etwas schöner weil kleiner, aber Weligama ist ruhiger und man kommt jederzeit für 2 Euro in 5-10 Minuten von Weligama nach Mirissa.“

Wir haben eine Villa mit Blick zum Garten gebucht, welche den Fotos auf der Seite entspricht. Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer und Bad, eine schöne Veranda zum Entspannen und nue ein Katzensprung zum Meer. „The location is awesome. The rooms are well designed and at a high quality standard (e.g. marble tiles in the bathroom. Bidet..) Bungalow with sea view - unbeatable. The location is not directly at the beach, but at an elevated location inside a forest area. So the view is incredible and super quiet. No street noise or smoke. Instead one can enjoy nature sound, birds, butterflies, some monekys climbing the trees and sometimes leguans and view at the sea the same time.The staff is very friendly. ...

„The Bartizan is a really nice hotel with a great view over the ocean. I had the tower room which was small and gorgeous. However, it was not perfectly clean (the fan was super dusty, my bedsheets did not smell very fresh), plus the water pressure in the shower was super low and the water cold. Breakfast was really good and was served in the courtyard - or on the terrace upon request (only advisable in early morning hours, otherwise it will be too hot).“
