When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.“

„trash was full when i arrived and the outdoor bathtub wasn't clean (birdpoo and lots of dirt, it was never so dirty at the other days...). the cabins are quite (out)dated. no reaction on texts or phone. no breakfast and whirlpool as advertised“

„We absolutely loved our stay. Very clean, cost and picturesque. Would recommend having a car to be mobile. The hosts are not far so getting help with any issues would be pretty easy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quick getaway.“

„Remote location. Nearest village is cygnet which is about 13min drive away. Larger town Huonville is 30 min drive. We choose this location to chase the aurora and it did not disappoint. Absolutely wonderful cabin. Equipped with everything you need. Extremely comfortable, quiet and picturesque.“
