„Friendly, great getaway and close to the hot springs, lovely to sit in the hot tub, watch a movie and enjoy a couple glasses of champagne, perfect night away for any couple, highly recommend“

„Herzlicher Empfang und angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir übernachteten im Gatsby-Raum: die große Kupferbadewanne und Art Deco-Elemente machten das fehlende Fenster mehr als wett. Außerdem sehr gutes Frühstück und eine gut bestückte Bar. Zudem ist Hepburn Springs wirklich reizvoll.“

„Nicht mehr ganz neu aber einwandfrei und sauber. Sehr hilfreiche Tipps vom Receptionisten. Danke vielmals!“

„Clean, newly renovated. Good value for money.“

„Amazing stay. The room was beautiful and possibly the cleanest I’ve ever encountered. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were incredible at making cocktails and the restaurant served the best lamb I’ve ever had. Would 100% stay here again!“

„Room was very comfortable. We really appreciated the staff allowing us to check in late and leaving the lights & heating on for our arrival. Would stay at the motel again.“

„Clean & roomy, everything you need is there. Shower was good. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Walking distance to supermarket & main street of town.“

„We organised to stay here with a few friends. Unfortunately our friends room was mouldy and was unsafe to stay in. They staff moved them to another location but this inconvenienced us as we planned a weekend away to hang out but different locations ruined that for us all. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. The rooms are small , the bed was uncomfortable. We did not have a good experience.“

„Good value and location. Bed was really comfortable. Poor lighting in room and bathroom. Venue felt like it was mid renovation.“

„Lake view“

„Needs to be maintained more. Bath not ideal for older couples. The room was very dark and poor lighting.“

„This motel is 5 star! Beautifully modernised and renovated, tastefully decorated with class and style. This isn't your average "this will do" basic room; this place is quality, comfortable, intentional, welcoming and pretty. It's the kind of room that you feel kind of sad to leave. The receptionist Sam was helpful and considerate, and we loved every minute of our stay here. If ever I have reason to stay in Daylesford, the Art Motel will be my first preference! Can't rate it high enough!“

„Warm and cosy. Plenty of blankets as well were in the middle of winter with frosty mornings. Enjoyed our stay“

„I think the photos give the impression that this property is a little more "together" than it actually is. Whilst the bed linen and towels were on point and the bedding itself very comfortable, I'm afraid everything else was old, tired and mismatched making it feel more like someone else's holiday shack than simple cottage. The equipment in the kitchen is mismatched and hodge-podge and very minimal. Bring everything if you plan on cooking here, including utensils and oil etc. No milk was ...

„Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding our recent accommodation booking at The American Creswick during the AFL long weekend. My wife and I drove approximately 150 km to the property for our booked one-night stay. When we arrived, we were shocked to find that the hotel was closed and there was a prominent “FOR SALE” sign displayed on the building. We immediately contacted the property by telephone. Approximately 20 minutes later, a man arrived, opened ...
