„Overall the experience was great, there was a pretty loud big dog that would bark next door when we would come and go especially at night that wasn’t ideal, but not the owners fault. The dog did eventually quiet down. The area was on a decently quiet cul de sac so not like there is a bunch of through traffic there which makes it quieter. „Quiet, private, clean, everything inside worked. We slept great. It was the perfect place to stay for finishing our last 72 miles to Clinton. Very short walk to great restaurants including one of the BEST Chnese we've ever tasted - comparable to a restaurant back home in Chicago's Chinatown. Thank you again for your hospitality!“

„Wonderful place to make memories. Made Smores in the fire pit. We fished in the stocked pond twice. Canoed/kayaked twice. Many wooded area adventures. Well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay! Great for a large family gathering. The host was fantastic and checked in occasionally via email to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go again!“

„This is the second time we have stayed here. It has everything you could hope for. The deck is lovely, and even has a BBQ grill (although we didn’t use it). The place is behind a gate which is nice. Good internet, huge TV’s, comfortable beds and couches. It’s quiet, clean, and our two pups loved it as well. The hosts do a great job of making sure the place is clean and comfortable and are very responsive if you need something. We came for our nephews graduations and will most likely come again ...

„I traveled in with my husband for a fishing tournament. The location is perfect for getting to the lake. While he was pre fishing I stayed on the porch and got a lot of work done on a big project with zero distractions! Peaceful Progress. This place is perfect for a writer or a reader, or anyone who wants to get away! It’s so beautiful with all of the sounds of nature. „Beautiful,, the woodwork inside this home is outstanding. The inside is large and equipped with everything you could want. Fishing poles and tackle ready and waiting on the back deck. Fire pit and swings for your evening pleasure. We feel we got more than our monies worth! If we get a chance to stay again, we will definitely do it!“

„We enjoyed our stay. Lots of space for all of us, even with a 1 year old. The extra bathroom is always a plus. Well stocked with anything you may need. Loved having the gates on the deck to hold in the pets and baby. Only downfall was the road noise. We didn’t realize how close it was to the road. We will definitely stay here again. “
