„My partner and I had a lovely time. The location and even the drive to it was absolutely gorgeous! No crazy roads to to drive straight up, just a winding gravel road into the forest. There was no phone service as listed, unfortunately we did have an issue with there being no active emergency phone line. „The Madelyn is a beautiful property nestled in the foothills of the blue ridge mountains along the Conway River. The house is lovely with all the amenities you might want. Lisa was a lovely and responsive host!“

„The property is very unique. It is off of a dirt road and I would suggest initially getting there while there is daylight. There are multiple steps to this room (located in the Castle building of the property), therefore it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The dipping pool was not filled at the time of our stay. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.
