„I was not very happy. The day before our trip, the hotel caught fire. I drove 750 mile to find out and then I had to scrabble to find a hotel to stay at. I realize that "things happen" but I believe that their corporate offices/ reservations had our phone numbers and they never made an effort to contact us. “
