But it is not a Best Western so if you are picky, pay more and go somewhere else. The staff was great. Expedia didn't make it clear if they were billing my credit card or if the staff was supposed to so she photocopied it along with my ID just in case. Expedia wasn't answering the phone - we could only get a recording.“

„Reserved this property for the 4th of July weekend. The house was the perfect size for my husband, son and I. Perfect location as well. Tim was amazing to work with! I had an ‘oh crap’ moment on our way to the vrbo and realized for some reason my reservation was for 2026, next year! „It's a bit of a weird lay out, but host was excellent and it was very clean. We were here for Little League Districts and we stayed here with another family on our team. It's right next to a grocery store and it was easy to get in. Kids had a lot of fun and we were able to save money by cooking meals there. If we come back to Torrington, we will see if this is available again. “
