„War im Großen und Ganzen ok. Relativ günstig. Nur hat sich gleich bei unserer Ankunft die Toiletten-Tür von innen verschlossen. Darauf hin haben wir 2x in der Rezeption angerufen und die haben uns immer wieder vertrösten. Und was soll man sagen, wir mussten dringend... Schließlich haben wir die Tür mit Audio-Drähten selber geöffnet bekommen. Kompetenz und Hilsbereitschaft sieht anders aus.“

„We have stayed at Silver Tree and it’s absolutely wonderful! However on this visit, we booked with Expedia. We were not aware that the room we booked was 1 of 2 rooms not owned by Silver Tree. It was another 3rd party Vacation rental. So, beware, that if you book with Expedia, the hotel will not service or have anything to do with these rooms. It is all done through Taylor Made vacation’s. They only give you 1 key, no parking pass, and if you need any additional supplies for the room ...

„The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience.“

„Grass was very high some places up to our knee. Mold on house and inside smell. Toilet didn’t work. Bathtub was filthy. We didn’t even stay the night we left. TV didn’t work. No check in communication with owner when we checked in the campground didn’t even know we was coming . Walls were dirty.“
