„Overall is good, but they need to focus on maintenance. The hand shower on my room was leaking everywhere, had no pressure, and its hold was broken. I reported it one week ago, and then one week after i stayed on the very same room, and they hadn't fixed it.“

„Curtains in room were broken, grounds were ran down and in need of attention. There is nothing around this facility, very small town. Large hole in the wall where it appears they were working on a plumbing issue.“

„Its not OYO its Garden Inn now check in fast finding room was easy Had problem reading wifi password but no big issue.Good selection of channels...big bathroom.. great nights sleep had a small kitchen with regular size fridge and for the price it can't be beat for Pearsall Tx I would stay their again if I have need to Its not a fancy hotel but it was a good nights stay!!“

I came in late around 11 pm to check in for overnight told them my name and showed my reservation details , but the lady just kept saying my name wasn’t on the reservation list without even going to check and kept saying I was checked in with another hotel . Worst front desk service ever!!!! And waste of money “

„Spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet area“

„This an old motel that has been refurbished! Wonderfully clean, quiet and comfortable. Great bed, nice towels and a lot of attention to detail with the refurbishing! Room was a good size and a reasonable fee for our two large dogs. Our room was non smoking and definitely had been kept smoke free! Very pleased to find that it was reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. Anyone would be pleased with these accommodations if you don’t mind the old style motels!!!“

„The location was central and convenient. The staff was obliging and helpful. The windows aren't very thick so a lot of outside noise will be heard easily. But it's mostly a quiet town, so not much to worry about. Just don't stay up too late, because the birds are LOUD in the morning. That's not the hotel's fault, though. It's part of living out in the country. Overall I liked it very much, and next time I visit Pearsall I will stay at Executive Inn. “

„The room had great AC. Bathroom was very clean. Would like to have had handheld shower head. Had safety grab handle in shower which is great for older folks. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. “
